Service Description
Over the phone or video chat to discuss your event or marketing needs. You will receive a questionnaire once booked and have the opportunity to send any files/pictures to help us get understanding of your company's vision.
Cancellation Policy
You will be afforded one (1) reschedule. Requests must be made by email no later than 12hrs before your appointment time. After that time appointments will be canceled. Consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and any cancellations must be rebooked as a new appointment at least 24hrs after missed appointment time. Re-bookings can not be made the same day as a missed appointment without prior approval. Same day appointments require approval, please email to request a same day appointment.
