Production of Interactive Live Cooking Event
Brunch n' Bake is a creative cooking concept with a twist on your average cooking class.
Four Venti Marketing produced this event from concept to execution. We brought in a professional chef to lead a class in preparing an elevated dish. Attendees also engaged with activations in a lounge area including mini painting, vendor area, and party games.
Responsibilites ranged from venue sourcing, pre-event marketing, attendee registration, vendor management, and post event communications.
Planning & Pre-Event Marketing
Created flyer, promo video, and social media graphics for digital marketing.
Logistics & Vendor Management
Managed vendor coordination, budget management, and layout of event elements. This included contract arrangements with the participating chef and bar services.
On Site Event Execution
Attendees were able to enjoy the event activities, signature event themed drinks, and more. Over 60% of post-event attendees were converted to future attendees and added to email marketing efforts.
